It is the duty of the Grand Jurors to investigate any public offense which they know or have reason to believe has been committed and which is triable or indictable in this County. It appearing to the Court from the allegations of the Petition to Adjudicate Dependency and Neglect, to Transfer Temporary Legal Custody, the Motion for Service by Publication and the Affidavit of Diligent Search that the whereabouts of Fadia Chamoun are unknown and cannot be ascertained by diligent search; therefore, the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon Fadia Chamoun.
It is, therefore, ORDERED that Fadia Chamoun be served by publication of the following notice for four consecutive weeks in the Carroll County News Leader, a newspaper published in Carroll County, Tennessee.
It is further ORDERED that if Fadia Chamoun does not enter an appearance or otherwise Answer the Petition, further personal service or service by further publication shall be dispensed with and service of any future notices, motions, orders or other legal documents in this matter may be made upon Fadia Chamoun by filing same with the Juvenile Court Clerk of Benton County, Tennessee.

Fadia Chamoun is hereby ORDERED TO APPEAR IN THE BENTON COUNTY JUVENILE COURT IN CAMDEN, TENNESSEE ON NOVEMBER 14, 2024, AT 9:00 A.M., to defend the allegations or a default judgement shall be taken against you. You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents at the Benton County Juvenile Court Clerk’s Office in Camden, Tennessee.

Notice is hereby given that on the 22ND day of AUGUST, 2024, Letters Testamentary, of Administration, in respect to the Estate of DOROTHY ELIZABETH MOODY deceased, who died APRIL 19TH, 2024, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court Clerk and Master of Carroll County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above-named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or

PUBLIC NOTICE OF ADOPTION
OF ORDINANCES & RESOLUTIONS
BY THE TOWN OF HUNTINGDON
Pursuant to Section 2.08(d) of the town’s charter, public notice is hereby given of the adoption of the following ordinances and resolutions:
Ordinance No. 630, an ordinance to amend the zoning ordinance of the Town of Huntingdon, to allow for approval of uses similar to permitted uses and uses permitted on appeal in R-1, R-2, and F-R districts upon approval of the Board of Zoning Appeals.
Ordinance No. 631, an ordinance to amend Title 12 of the Huntingdon Municipal Code relative to Building and Utility Codes Section 12-601 The International Energy Conservation Code and Section 12-701 The International Residential Code, for the Town of Huntingdon and repealing all such codes previously adopted by the town.
Resolution No. 024-06, a resolution calling on the United States Postal Service to improve local service and return mail processing operations to Jackson, Tennessee.
Copies of these documents are on file in the Office of the Town Recorder in the Huntingdon Municipal Building where they are available for public inspection during office hours. Copies can be obtained for a nominal sum.
