EXTERIOR PAINTING-MCKENZIE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
MCKENZIE SPECIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
McKenzie Special School District (MSSD) will be accepting sealed bids for exterior painting at McKenzie Elementary School, 165 Brooks Avenue, McKenzie, TN 38201. The painting bid specs and project details can be picked up from the MSSD Board Office, 114 Bell Avenue, McKenzie, TN 38201, or can be accessed on-line by visiting www.mckenzieschools.org, “About”-“Manuals, Plans, and RFPs”-“MES Painting”.
All prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend a pre-bid site inspection on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Contact Maintenance Director, Bobby Osborn, at 731-358-9789 for additional information prior to submitting bids. Bids must be sealed and labeled “MES Exterior Painting”. Sealed bids should be submitted to the MSSD Board Office by no later than 9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 2, 2024. Bids will be open at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 2, 2024.
McKenzie Special School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
