Rhonda L. Reed

Rhonda Lee Reed, 60, of Huntingdon, passed away Monday, March 1. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, March 3, in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bobby Jordan officiating. Burial followed in Barr Springs Cemetery.
Ms. Rhonda was born October 1, 1960 in Huntingdon, to the late Robert Jackson and Peggy Sue (Floyd) Jackson. She worked as the custodian for Clarksburg Special School District, was a member of the Concord Missionary Baptist Church, and served as a leader in Girl Scouts for many years.
Other than her parents she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Kyle Jackson and Robert Jackson, Jr.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Gary Lynn Reed; one daughter, Monica (Jamie) Stewart; two sons, Mitch (Amanda) Reed and Matt (Whitley) Reed, all of Huntingdon; two sisters, Donna (Ronny) Webb, of Loudon and Kim Jackson of Huntingdon; and two brothers, Kevin (Amy) Jackson of Huntingdon and Brad (Melanie) Jackson of Valley View, Texas. She also leaves four grandchildren; Copeland Reed, Waylon Reed, Reed Stewart and Cohen Reed; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Pallbearers who served were Kevin Jackson, Brad Jackson, Allen Berry, Lin Smith, Richie Pierson, Michael Todd, Joe Webb, and Tony Dodd.  Honorary pallbearers were her grandchildren, Copeland Reed, Waylon Reed, Reed Stewart and Cohen Reed
