Potato Soup
The weather is turned really cold again, so a pot of potato would hit the spot.
Ingredients
6 medium potatoes
2 tbsp. onion
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick of butter
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups of milk
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Dice potatoes and onion. Place in water until covered well. Cook until tender. Do not drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on high until boils. Then on low until ready to serve.
