Squash Casserole

While those summer veggies still here, how about a squash casserole.

Ingredients

2-1/2 cups yellow squash

1 large onion, chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 egg, beaten

2 pkgs. cornbread stuffing mix

1 stick melted butter

1 cup shredded cheese

Directions

Cook squash and onion, drain. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake 15 minutes.
