Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

Sounds like a great recipe for for a cold winter night.


1/4 Cup Butter

1/4 Cup Flour

8 oz. Cream Cheese

1 Can Chilies

3 Cups Cooked Chicken

1 Cup Chopped Onion

1 Cup Chicken Broth

2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 TSP. Chili Powder


   Cook onion in butter. Stir in flour and chicken broth and cook until thick. Remove from the heat and stir in cream cheese.

    Combine half of sauce with chicken, 1 cup shredded cheese, chilies and chili powder. Fill tortillas, arrange in greased dish. Stir in remaining sauce and remaining shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
