MHS Class to present Great Pretenders March 20-21

The McKenzie High School Class of 2021 will be presenting their Great Pretenders Show: “All In This Together” Saturday, March 20 and Sunday, March 21 at McKenzie High School Gymnasium on the McKenzie High School campus. Show performances will be Saturday at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.

“We are so excited to be able to have this event,” said Kennedy Green, class president. “With so many things being uncertain during this school year, we feel blessed to be able to make this memory with our classmates, and we are just grateful to anyone who purchases a ticket and supports our Project Graduation efforts. I really hope that this can be a fun couple of hours of entertainment for everyone.”

Great Pretenders is a long-standing McKenzie High School event where proceeds help fund a Project Graduation Event – promoting safe fun the night of graduation– for each graduating class. Great Pretenders is a music variety show where class members and their parents emulate performances of celebrity performers.

Tickets for this year’s Great Pretenders are $10 for reserved seating on the floor of the gymnasium and $8 for general admission bleacher seating and can be purchased from any MHS senior. Concessions will be served. Social distancing protocols will be followed, and the wearing of masks is strongly encouraged. Therefore, seating will also be limited, and everyone is encouraged to purchase tickets prior to each performance. Tickets can also be purchased at ACS Verizon at 15020 Highland Drive in McKenzie.
