Public Intoxication

•Dossie Lynn Wright, 40, of Highland Drive, McKenzie, was charged with public intoxication on April 11 while he was sitting at the end of his driveway in his vehicle.

Officer Jeremiah Brooks filed the charge after he found Wright to be unsteady on his feet and unable to remain still. Wright was transported to Carroll County Jail.

Public Intoxication

•Timothy Johnson, 36, of Forrest Avenue, McKenzie, was charged with public intoxication on April 9.

Officer Dalton Raspberry charged Johnson after a report was made of a male under the influence on Highland Drive. When asked if he had taken any substances, Johnson reportedly said crystal meth ice. He was arrested and transported to Carroll County Jail.

Driving on Revoked

•Kevin A. Lambuth, 24, of Winston Street, McKenzie, was charged with driving on revoked on April 9.

Officer Dalton Raspberry stopped Lambuth’s car because it did not have its headlights on at 7:14 p.m. A check of Lambuth’s license revealed the revoked status. Lambuth was transported to Carroll County Jail and his automobile was seized.
