Marylin B. Barnett, 83, of Huntingdon, passed away Saturday, March 27, at Life Care Center in Bruceton. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 30, in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Russ Wilkins officiating. Burial followed in Ridgecrest Cemetery in Jackson.
Mrs. Barnett was born August 4, 1937 in McKenzie, to the late Clarence Eldridge Hall and Mary D. (Clark) Hall. She retired from Kuhn’s Variety Store as their bookkeeper and was a member of First Baptist Church in Huntingdon.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Irby Barnett and one sister, Muriel Walker.
She is survived by one son, Mark (Suzanne) Cunningham of Huntingdon; two grandchildren, Nikki (Chris) McCaslin, Clay (Nikki) Cunningham; and four great-grandchildren, Marilyn Cunningham, Beckett McCaslin, Lincoln Cunningham, and John Cunningham. She also leaves an abundance of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers who will serve are Steve Walker, Chris McCaslin, Quinton Cunningham, Steve Cunningham, and Clay Cunningham.
