Lois B. Colvett

Lois Beatrice Colvett, 89, of Huntingdon, passed away Sunday, Feb. 7, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 9 in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Doug Sellers officiating. Burial followed in Christian Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Colvett was born April 24, 1931 in Huntingdon, to the late Lois Kelly and Bertie (Thomas) Kelly. She was the owner of C & S OPE, Inc, a member of Christian Chapel Church of Christ, and volunteered with Red Cross for over forty years.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Onnie Lee Colvett; one sister, Betty Lou Pendergrass; and one brother, Budley Kelly.
She is survived by four children, Patricia (Joey) Rosenberg of Memphis, Sherry (Rob) Shults of Dallas, Tx, Kelly (Paula) Colvett of Huntingdon, and Andrea (Doug) Biggart of Westport. She also leaves ten grandchildren, Emily Shults, Lauren Shults, John Biggart, Cody Biggart, Burton Colvett, Benjamin Colvett, Anna Grace Colvett, Jacob Colvett, Caitlyn (Josh) Edge, Trevor Rosenberg; and five great-grandchildren, Preston Biggart, Caiden Biggart, Kyler Biggart, Casen Biggart, and Conner Edge.
Pallbearers who served were John Biggart, Cody Biggart, Burton Colvett, Jacob Colvett, Pete Kelly, and Terry Sellers.
