Jeff Gottshall

Jeff Gottshall, 66, of Huntingdon, passed away Saturday, Dec. 5. Memorial services were held Saturday, Dec. 12 in the Chapel of Young Funeral Home in Linden, Tn, with Duane Ritter and Hunter Jones officiating.

Mr. Jeff was born in Harrisburg, PA. to the late Earl Eckert Gottshall and Joan Fisher Gottshall. He was retired from AT&T, and was an avid fisherman, fishing tournaments throughout Tennessee and surrounding states. Fishing was his passion. Jeff and his family lived many years in Columbia. Following his retirement, he and his wife moved to their river home in Linden. Jeff always considered Linden his home. The last two years of his life, Jeff made Huntingdon a second home. Jeff’s home churches were Heavens Hand Ministry in Lobelville and Eastview Baptist Church in Huntingdon.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Pamela Gingrich Gottshall; one daughter, Lisa Gottshall; one son, Todd Gottshall; one sister, Debbie Nickolas; brothers-in-law; Dennis (Mary Ann) Gingrich, and Jerry (Sheila) Gingrich; sisters-in-law, Joanne, and Judy Gingich; three granddaughters, Madison, Madeline and Maylie, one Aunt, Mary Sue Fisher; and many nieces, nephews and cousins; as well as so many dear, dear friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
