Jeanette S. Kozak

Jeanette Simpson Kozak, 75, of Hollow Rock, passed away Thursday, September 3, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon. Funeral services conducted by Bruceton Funeral Home were held Monday, September 7, at noon, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Herdert Ene officiating. Burial followed at New Prospect Cemetery.

Mrs. Jeanette was born on September 26, 1944, in Augusta, Ark., to the late Author M. Watwood and Vera L. Allen Prater. She was a retired self-employed caregiver and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

She is survived by one son, Scott (Cindy) Kozak, of Hollow Rock; two brothers, James A. (Sandy) Simpson, of Vale, and Dan L. Watwood, of Huntingdon; three grandchildren, Ashley (John) Charlton, Christopher and Kendra Kozak; and three great-grandchildren, Madeline Brinkman, Cadence and Callie Charlton.
