Aggravated Burglary
•Jerry D. Hilliard, 55, of Huntingdon has been charged with aggravated burglary following a Nov. 8 incident in Huntingdon.
According to the report by Officer Brad Allen, he went to 525 Hillcourt Circle on Nov. 8 and spoke with Ryan Balentine. She told Allen that Hilliard had forced open her bedroom window and entered her residence and took $30 and a pack of cigarettes off her night stand. According to Balentine, Hilliard said “I am going to get my money” and climbed back out the window. Balentine told Allen that she had borrowed $30 from Hilliard a few weeks ago and had not paid him back yet. Allen then went to Hilliard’s residence at 507 Hillcourt Circle but was unable to get anyone to come to the door. Allen signed a warrant for aggravated burglary against Hilliard, who was arrested at his residence on Dec. 1.

Theft
•Kellon T. Johnson, 20, of Big Sandy was cited for theft of property under $1,000 on Nov. 27 in Huntingdon.
According to the report by Officer Angela Barker, she responded to a call about a shoplifter at Walmart in Huntingdon. Store security advised Barker that Johnson took an item out of its package, concealed the item in the waistband of his pants, and tried to leave the store without paying for it. Johnson willingly returned the item to store security, but restitution of $7.88 is still owed to the store.

Public Intoxication
•Chad Ryan Depriest, 43, of Huntingdon was charged with public intoxication on Nov. 29 in Huntingdon.
According to the report by Officer Labe Ezell, Depriest was banging on the doors of multiple residences on Paris Street at around 2 a.m. saying that someone was trying to kill him. Ezell made contact with Depriest, who appeared to be disoriented and his speech was incoherent. Ezell noted that Depriest seemed to be under the influence of an intoxicant. Depriest was transported to the Carroll County Jail.

Theft
•Breanna Lee Olson, 20, of McKenzie was cited for theft of property under $1,000 on Dec. 2 in Huntingdon.
According to the report by Officer Angela Barker, she responded to a call about a shoplifter at the Huntingdon Walmart. Store security advised Barker that he had a woman in custody (identified as Olson) and that she had been observed swapping price tags on items in order pay a lower price. No restitution is due to Walmart.
