Theft
Raymond Johnston 54, of McKenzie was arrested for theft of merchandise under $1000.
On Sept. 30 Raymond Johnston was seen via security camera at Huntingdon Walmart, putting four boxes of ammo into a bag without paying for it. The entire incident was seen by head security Joe Lowe and reported. Dispatch confirmed Mr. Johnston had multiple warrants from Paris Police Dept. for theft. Johnston was transported to Carroll Co. jail for his active warrants and cited for theft of property involving merchandise.
