Theft

•Elfy McCory of Huntingdon was recently cited for theft under $1,000.

According to the report by Officer Richard Crossno, he spoke with the assistant manager at Huck’s Convenience Store in Huntingdon on Dec. 10, and she advised him that she had surveillance video of a man shoplifting at around 1:45 a.m. the previous morning. The video showed a man (determined to be McCory) taking several items, concealing them on his person, and leaving the store without paying for them. Crossno noted that McCory later admitted to taking the items, which included one glove, two containers of dish soap, one stick of deodorant, and one pack of Rolaids.
