Huntingdon Middle School recently held its annual All Sports Banquet. Due to COVID regulations and social distancing, the banquet was held during the school day with attendees limited to players and coaches.
Mallard’s Restaurant provided a delicious, catered lunch, which was enjoyed by all.
The cheerleaders and players from softball, football, and basketball were given certificates as each coach mentioned how different this season was due to quarantines and new regulations relating to this year’s pandemic.
The coaches expressed extreme gratitude to the players for how well they handled and overcame these difficult challenges. Baseball players were recognized, as well, as their season is getting underway.
Special honors were also awarded for each sport. These award winners and others recognized included:
