Grand Jury indicts 78

A total of 78 individuals were indicted during the most recent session of the Carroll County Grand Jury.

Thirteen of those defendants were listed as walk-ins, but since all the warrants – many for very serious charges and several involving sex crimes against children – had not yet been served as of press time, the names of these individuals will not be made available to the public until May 10, according to the Carroll County Circuit Court Office.

The charges against these unnamed individuals are as follows:

•Walk-In: aggravated sexual battery, rape of a child, continuous sexual abuse of a child.

•Walk-In: rape, aggravated assault, domestic assault.

•Walk-In: vehicular homicide (two counts), vehicular assault, failure to exercise due care, DUI (first offense), inhaling or possessing intoxicants for unlawful purposes.

•Walk-In: continuous sexual abuse of a child, aggravated statutory rape (two counts), coercion of a witness, solicitation of a minor, rape of a child.

•Walk-In: continuous sexual abuse of a child, aggravated sexual battery, rape of a child, incent, aggravated rape of a child.

•Walk-In: aggravated child abuse, neglect or endangerment (four counts).

•Walk-In: aggravated child abuse, neglect or endangerment (four counts).

•Walk-In: second degree murder, aggravated assault, failure to stop.

•Walk-In: solicitation of a minor – sexual battery.

•Walk-In: tampering with evidence.

•Walk-In: tampering with evidence, aggravated child abuse, neglect or endangerment.

•Walk-In: aggravated assault (two counts), carjacking, aggravated robbery, especially aggravated kidnapping.

•Walk-In: coercion of a witness, continuous sexual abuse of a child, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated assault.

•Jermile Labruce Adams: driving while license suspended, possession of methamphetamine with intent, drug paraphernalia.

•Roger Vincent Alexander: possession of meth with intent, drug paraphernalia.

•Taylor Groins Arroyo: possession/casual exchange of meth, identity theft, drug paraphernalia.

•Bruce Tyler Athey: burglary, theft of property up to $10,000.

•David Christopher Bradley: Domestic Assault, vandalism up to $1,000.

•Charlie Edward Bright: aggravated assault, violation of protection/restraining order, theft of merchandise up to $1,000, resisting arrest, domestic assault.

•Bethany Renae Brown: domestic assault (two counts), aggravated assault (three counts), especially aggravated robbery.

•Joe Alan Brown: DUI (second offense).

•David Lee Burse: failure to appear, driving while license suspended, theft up to $500, possession of weapon by convicted felon.

•Terrance Antonio Butler Jr.: theft of property up to $10,000.

•Bobby James Cantrell: domestic assault.

•Stacy Michelle Cochran: theft of property up to $10,000, aggravated burglary.

•Billy Joe Cruse: theft up to $1,000, burglary, theft of property up to $60,000.

•Lauren Lee Eldred: DUI (third offense, two counts).

•Marlena Alexis Flores: vandalism up to $1,000, assault (bodily injury), aggravated criminal trespass.

•John David Forrest: drug paraphernalia, felony possession of firearm with intent to go armed, possession of meth with intent (three counts), drug paraphernalia (two counts).

•Romello Foster: schedule VI drugs, felony possession of firearm with intent to go armed (two counts).

•Michael Leroy Fulcher: sexual battery (two counts).

•Danny Ray Grant: theft of property up to $10,000, auto burglary.

•Blake Ray Garner: theft up to $1,000, aggravated burglary.

•Justin Ray Gately: violation of conditional release, aggravated assault, domestic assault, violation of protection/restraining order.

•Justin Lee Harris: felony reckless endangerment involving a vehicle (three counts),vandalism up to $1,000, vandalism up to $60,000, tampering with evidence, aggravated assault (three counts).

•Taywone Devone Hart: drug paraphernalia, possession of meth with intent.

•Jerry Davon Hilliard: aggravated criminal trespass.

•William Audrine Hollowell: driving on the right, driving while license revoked, open container, DUI (second offense).

•Raven Nicole Hudgins: DUI (first offense), failure to appear.

•Clinton Dailey Hoard: resisting arrest.

•Quincy Dianeglo Johnson: speeding, evading arrest.

•Jeffrey Brantley Jordan: possession of meth with intent, drug paraphernalia.

•James Chester Kyle: Robbery, theft of property up to $2,500, assault (bodily injury).

•Erin Elizabeth Lawrence: vehicle registration (improper use), drug paraphernalia, possession of meth with intent.

•Kasey Christian Lemke: theft of property up to $2,500, assault (bodily injury), burglary, robbery, tampering with evidence, aggravated assault, domestic assault, theft of property up to $10,000.

•Jannie Diana Leone: allowing dog to run at large.

•Jesse Ray Matamoros: tampering with evidence, aggravated assault.

•Bradley Douglas McAlexander: domestic assault, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of weapon.

•Anthony Wayne McBride: driving while license suspended, evading arrest.

•Formica Junior Miliken: DUI (second offense), implied consent.

•Eric Dwayne Milton: drivers to exercise due care, DUI (sixth), simple possession/casual exchange, drug paraphernalia.

 •Earnest Gene Moudy Jr.: drug paraphernalia, possession of meth with intent.

•Lauren Brooke Newmon: forgery up to $1,000 (three counts), altering title/plate, theft of property up to $2,500.

•Nathaniel Lee Noah: theft of property up to $250,000, burglary, theft of merchandise up to $1,000.

•Anna Marie Pearson: fraudulent use of credit card up to $1,000.

•Latral Devon Perdue: aggravated burglary, coercion of witness, failure to appear, vandalism up to $1,000.

•James Maverick Pryor Jr.: driving while license suspended, theft of property up to $10,000, drug paraphernalia, possession/casual exchange of meth, identity theft trafficking.

•Chaz Matthew Richmeier: DUI (first offense).

•Michelle Lee Ridgeway: theft of property up to $2,500, vandalism up to $1,000.

•Mark Jacob Rougeou: resisting arrest, assault with bodily injury (three counts)

•Bobby Gene Smithey: simple possession/casual exchange, aggravated assault, possession of meth with intent, drug paraphernalia.

•Jarrid Dewayne Sterling: theft of property up to $10,000, burglary.

•Tracy Carzell Taylor:  possession of meth with intent, drug paraphernalia.

•Amber Dawn Thacker: drug paraphernalia, possession schedule I.

•Kelly Ray Turnbow: theft of property up to $250,000, burglary.

•Michael Lamont Utley: vandalism up to $1,000, domestic assault.

•Amber Cheyenne Walker: vandalism up to $1,000, aggravated criminal trespass, assault with bodily injury.

•Labryan Terrell Warlick: possession of meth with intent.

•Thomas Watson: theft up to $1,000, burglary.

•Joseph Wert: first degree murder.

•Jerrod Sanchez Williams: domestic assault, aggravated assault, domestic assault (three counts), violation of protection/restraining order, coercion of witness, vandalism up to $1,000.

•Xavier Dantonio Williams: DUI (second offense).

•Adam Stanley Young: theft of merchandise up to $1,000, evading arrest.

•Cameron Neil Young: aggravated assault, tampering with evidence.
