Glyn G. Todd

Glyn Gooch Todd, 84 of Yuma, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 27, at the Life Care Center of Bruceton. Funeral services were held on Saturday, Jan. 30, in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Phillip Halter officiating. Burial followed in Farmsville Cemetery.

Mr. Todd was born May 16, 1936 in Yuma, to the late Onnie Graden Todd and Lottie Vonelle (Gooch) Todd. He worked for Upjohn Drug Company in shipping and receiving for thirty-eight years, was a member of Clarksburg Missionary Baptist Church, where he served as deacon and song leader, did taxidermy for forty years, was a member of White Station Masonic Lodge for over sixty years, and also served in the National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Prince Todd; two brothers, Edward Leon Todd and Wendell Todd.
He is survived by two sons, Michael (Teresa) Todd of Yuma, Gary (Teri) Todd of Hixson; and one sister, Pearl Ann Rigsby of Atwood. He also leaves five grandchildren; Carter Glyn Todd, Carrie Lyndal Yundt, Dana Rene Andrews, Bradley Glyn Todd, Caitlan Elizabeth Todd, and ten great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers who served were Bradley Todd, Carter Todd, Josh Milam, Jeffray Gooch, Steve Hale, and Paul White.
