CASTING HIS VOTE
– Ray Woodard of Huntingdon, who lives in District 5, was the ninth person to cast their vote in Early Voting on the first day, April 13. In casting his choice for the positions in the Republican Primary, he said among those that he voted for were Vance Dennis for judge and Neil Thompson for district attorney. He says he likes the primaries because the voters can make the choices instead of just the few people in a caucus. The first person to vote in Early Voting was Beverly Gentry of Huntingdon. Early Voting continues through April 28. At the conclusion of April 16, 170 people had voted, according to Administrator of Elections Peg Hamlett.
