E911 Dispatchers passed out candy this Halloween

From left, Anna was Zombie E911 DISPATCHERS – Carroll County E911 dispatchers dressed up Halloween night and handed out goody bags to the over 100 children who came by the office located next door to the Carroll County Sherriff’s Office. They also decorated the area in spooky decor. In the casket is Anna Summer (Zombie), daughter of dispatch director Jamie Summers. From left are Angel Crocker as Scarecrow, Meagan Baker as McGruff, Christi Moore as a cat, Jennifer Chester as Jack Skellington, Brian Coville as a bandit, Pam Moss as a witch, Amanda Tucker as a scary nun and Jamie Summers as Sparky. This was the first event, but Summers said it is planned to be held annually.
