Donna Lindsey

1939-2019

Mrs. Donna Jean Lindsey, 80, of Cedar Grove, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 17, at her home.

Funeral services were conducted on Friday, Dec. 20, at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Bro. Darrell Ridgely officiated the service. Interment followed in New Independence Cemetery.

Pallbearers who served were Peyton Lindsey, Hunter Lindsey, Rory Campbell, Austin Campbell, Corey Pruett, Luke Ridgely, Logan Mitchell and Jordan Reeder.

Mrs. Lindsey was born April 11, 1939 in Jackson, to the late Robert Nelson and Callie Ann (Briley) Nelson. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Milan, a retired CNA for Milan General Hospital and a member of VFW Women’s Auxiliary. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Eugene Lindsey.

She is survived by two daughters, Paige Campbell of Huntingdon and Paula Pruett (Dale) of McKenzie; two sons, Patrick Lindsey (Kim) of Huntingdon and Philip Lindsey of Cedar Grove and eight grandchildren, Katie Lindsey, Kellie Lindsey, Peyton Lindsey, Hunter Lindsey, Rory Campbell, Austin Campbell, Lindsey Campbell and Corey Pruett.
