Sandy Roditis with the Tennessee Valley Association of Realtors recently presented Carroll Academy in Huntingdon with a $2,000 check from the association. The money will be used to purchase Chromebooks for use in classrooms. Carroll Academy currently has an enrollment of 41 students, and since it opened in 1994, the school has served around 4,000 young people from six counties, all referred to the school through the juvenile court system. Pictured are (from left) Carroll County probation officer Brian Stafford, school security director David Ivy, principal DeAnn Spellings, staff manager Carol Meggs, Roditis, case manager Hayleh Ezell, and director of mental health John Roberts.
