David M. Taylor

David Michael Taylor, 50, of Clarksburg, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 18, in Clarksburg.

Funeral services were held on Sunday, August 23, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Chase Funeral Home of Huntingdon with Phillip Halter officiating. Burial followed at the Clarksburg Cemetery.

Mr. Taylor was born on Feb. 28, 1970, in Huntingdon to Wallace and Lawanda Taylor. He was a self-employed salesman and a member of the Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church. He was a fun, loving and comedic father, son and husband, and a friend to many and will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, April Taylor; two sons, Zachary and Ben Taylor, all of Clarksburg; a stepdaughter, Lauren (Lee) Villafor, of Decaturville; and two grandchildren, Ivy and Brooks Villafor.

Pallbearers who served were Joe Lowry, Troy and Todd Buttrey, Chris Gurley, Dustin Smith and Bruce Bartholomew.
