Dale Reeder

Dale Reeder, 69, of McKenzie passed away on Wednesday, April 7, at her home. Funeral Services were held Saturday, April 10, in the chapel Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Burial followed at New Hope Cemetery with Brother Larry DePriest officiating.
Ms. Reeder was born on March 15, 1952 in Carroll County to the late Aaron Reeder and Ruth Nell Haywood Reeder. She started in nursing at Wilson’s Clinic working with Dr. Jerry Atkins. She then went to Baptist Memorial Hospital and worked with Dr. Scott Portis. She retired nursing at Evans Clinic working with Dr. Paul Evans. She was a member of Tate’s Pentecostal Church. She loved spending time with family, reading and going to yard sales and flea markets.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Lois Pearl Reeder; and other half-brothers and half-sisters.
She is survived by her special companion, JL Reynolds; one sister, Florence Nell Reeder Noles; two brothers, Travis Reeder and Billy Hall; two nephews, Jimmy and Charles Moore; niece, Kathy Bullard; two best friends, Mary Kay and Sharon Anderson; nieces, nephews and many friends.
