Nevaeh Davis crowned CHS homecoming queen

The 2020 Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central High School Football Homecoming Court was spotlighted during pre-game ceremonies Friday night at Joe T. Herndon Stadium.

Senior Nevaeh Davis, daughter of David and Summer Davis, was crowned as homecoming queen.

A three-year football manager, Nevaeh is a four-year player on the Lady Tiger basketball and softball teams. She is also a member of FCCLA, FBLA, Beta Club, Student Council, Chemistry Club, History Club, Math Club, and Youth Leadership Carroll County.

Also named as seniors members of the homecoming court were First Maid Anna Batte, daughter of Lisa and Marty Batte; Second Maid Maria McMackins, daughter of Mark and Dawn McMackins; and Third Maid Malorie Clements-Tillman, daughter of David Tillman and Rachel Clements.

Their senior player escorts were also named as team captains, including Football Captain Noah Hampton, son of Jonathan and April Hampton; First Co-Captain Austin Craig, son of J.C. and Becky Craig; Second Co-Captain Malik Mathes, son of Sherry Mathes and B.J. and Amanda Sauls; and Third Co-Captain Thomas Crews, son of Trey and Tammy Crews.

Other senior, junior, sophomore, and freshman players, managers, and cheerleaders and their escorts were also recognized.
