Children’s choir forming now

FORMING – A new children’s choir is being organized at the First United Methodist Church. This photo is from a former choir.

First United Methodist Church will begin a Children’s Choir August 17 at 3 p.m. The choir consists of children from FUMC and other community children from K – 6th grades.  This is a good place for children to learn to sing, especially in a choir, as well as to learn how to sing harmony and to participate in musicals, recitals, and  perform in worship services at FUMC in Huntingdon.

All home schoolers are welcome to join each week.  There is no charge to be in this community choir.

If your child is interested in learning to play the  chimes (bells) Mrs. Roach or the assistants will be talking with you. They will be performing when the choir does.

For information and to join the Choir, please contact Barbara Roach 731-441-7953 or call First United Methodist Church.
