Mr. Charles Wesley Moore, age 89, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. Funeral Services were held Thursday, May 9, 2019 at the Chapel of Bruceton Funeral Home at 3:00pm. Officiating services were Bro. Leon Edwards and Bro. Josh Franks. Mr. Charles was born on June 16, 1929, in Huntingdon, TN to the late Dorsey Nolen Moore and Sarah Imogene Harris Moore. He was a Navy veteran and a member of Bruceton First Baptist Church, he was a Unit Operator for TVA. Mr. Moore was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Moore and a brother Landon Moore.
Survivors: 3 daughters; Judith (Charles) Planty of Hollow Rock; Nan Reilly of Tomball, TX; Joy Moore and David of Memphis, TN.
1 son: Timothy (Christi) Moore of Spring Creek, TN. 6 Grandchildren: Andrew Smothers, Jesse Reilly, Tyler Smothers, Haidy Moore, Crystal Moore, and Megan Reilly, 7 Step Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, 8 Step Great Grandchildren.
