Tennessee Achieves Mentors

Carroll County is in need of 22 mentors to meet its goal. Mentors are a key part to of the Tennessee Promise Program. If you have an interest in becoming a mentor, call the Chamber office @ 731-986-4664 or visit Deadline is December 4th.

Carroll County Shooting Sports Park

The range will be closing for winter November 15th until March.

 Colonel Gordon Browning Day

On November 14th, the Gov. Gordon Browning Museum will be hosting World War l Living History tours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The museum is located at 640 Main Street North in McKenzie. There will be WWI re-en-actors there in full uniforms and gear sharing historical facts about the War to End All Wars. November 14th has also been declared Colonel Gordon Browning Day in McKenzie in Carroll County in honor of the late WWI veterans, U.S. congressmen, and Tennessee governors.

Open Houses in Downtown Huntingdon will be on November 21.

A variety of stores in downtown Huntingdon will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on November  21st for Open Houses.

 Clarksburg Christmas Paracde

The Christmas parade in Clarksburg will be on Tuesday, December 8 @ 7:00 p.m.

 There are 3 team slots left for the Chamber Golf Tournament.

 Carroll County Chamber Golf Tournament

The Chamber’s golf tournament will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at Carroll Lake Golf Course.  Tee-off will be at 12:00 noon.  There will be no ceremonies prior to or following the tournament.  Only eighteen teams will be allowed to compete in the golf tournament. A box lunch will be available starting at 11:30 a.m.
