Paul’s declaration, ”You have been raised with Christ” (Colossians 3:1), affirms for us that God raised Jesus Christ from death into eternal life, that the risen Christ is now sitting at God’s right, hand, that God miraculously gives us eternal life beyond the grave through Jesus Christ, that we are never a stranger to Jesus Christ because God gives us a living, continuous, and eternal relationship with Jesus Christ in heaven, and because Christ makes this true, He enables us to live in Him forever.
