CERTAINTY

While Jesus Christ suffered and died on the cross, He cried out, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” (Matthew 27:16); yet, His suffering and death were necessary to satisfy the law of sin death, and Paul responds: “Chris set me free from the laws of sin and death” (Romans 8:2), and God, takes each of us to the cross where Jesus Christ suffered and died for us to satisfy the law, removes our guilt, and gives us the” peace of God that transcends all understanding” (Philippians 4:7)
