Vandalism

•A warrant for vandalism has been issued against Millie Kirkman, 42, of Jackson.

According to the report by Deputy Kenny Tucker, deputies responded to a residence on Smyrna Road near Huntingdon and spoke with a male resident, who said that Kirkman had damaged his home and vehicle but had left before deputies arrived. The man said he had recently met Kirkman online, and she had been staying at his residence for the past couple of days. The man said that when he asked her to leave, she became irate and starting tearing up the place. According to the man, Kirkman used a hammer to break out three windows in the house, busted out the screens in three television sets, and then went outside and broke out the front windshield of his vehicle. Total damage was estimated at $9,500.

Disorderly Conduct

•Emily Lauren Mcreynolds, 23, of 915 Jerrell Road, McKenzie, was arrested for disorderly conduct on March 10 at her residence.

According to the report by Deputy Dakota Meier, deputies responded to Mcreynolds’ residence after a receiving a call that she was yelling and tearing home apart. Upon arrival, deputies found Mcreynolds in the backyard sitting against a tree, acting disoriented, and appearing to be under the influence of some kind of intoxicant. Mcreynolds began yelling, and, when asked, she refused to come with the deputies. Deputies physically carried Mcreynolds to a patrol car, and she fought against being handcuffed. Once deputies placed Mcreynolds in the back of the patrol car, she started screaming that they “were all going to hell” and also started headbutting and kicking the windows. Once at the Carroll County Jail, Mcreynolds continued resisting and was placed in the restraint chair.

Drug Possession

•John David Mayo, 59, of 18660 W. Main Street, Huntingdon, was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent and drug paraphernalia during a March 10 traffic stop between Huntingdon and McLemoresville.

According to Deputy Chance Townes, he pulled over a Dodge Caravan driven by Mayo due to a registration violation. Mayo told Townes that he had just bought the van and had the wrong plate on it. Townes noted that Mayo was acting nervously, and at one point Mayo started cursing at the deputy. When another deputy arrived with a K-9 dog, Mayo said they could not search his vehicle. The dog indicated the presence of illegal substances in the vehicle, and while searching the van, deputies found a glass pipe. They also found a baggy that had fallen out of Mayo’s pants onto his boot. The baggy contained a substance that field-tested positive for meth.

License Violation

•Roger J. Hollowell, 40, of 15980 Highway 77, Huntingdon, was cited for driving on a revoked license during a March 17 traffic stop in Huntingdon.

Deputy Steven Scott reported that he pulled over vehicle driven by Hollowell due to a registration violation. A computer check showed that Hollowell’s license was revoked.
