Carroll County Inclusion Park facility location selected

INCLUSION PARK LOCATION – The location fro the Carroll County Inclusion Park was approved by the Huntingdon Town Council on Nov. 22. It is located in the area of Kelley Sports Complex and Sesquicentennial Park on Mustang Drive. The site for the Carroll County Inclusion Park will be in the area of Kelley Sports Complex and the Sesquicentennial Park on Mustang Drive.

Funds are now being raised for this playground that will celebrate children of all abilities.

If you are an area business and would like to receive a donor packet or more information on the “Come Together” Gala on March 25, 2023, please contact the Fundraising Chair Wendy Jones at 731-695-2644.

The organization has reached out to seven playground vendors that serve the Tennessee area. After reviewing bids the board voted ot meet with the top three vendors in person on Dec. 8.

The next public meeting is Dec. 15 at 5 p.m. at Eastview Baptist Church on the Bypass.
