Carroll County General Sessions

The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:

•Michael Hilliard, Holcomb Street, Hollow Rock, bound over on charge of methamphetamine- manufacture, deliver, sale, possession with intent.

•Joshua Robert Thompson, Ephesus Church Rd., Hollow Rock, bound over on charges of theft of property, burglary, and vandalism.

The following cases resulted in a guilty verdict or plea:

•Harold Lynn Chappel, Rue Hammer Rd., Cedar Grove, guilty, DUI-first offense, $350 fine, loss of license for one year, 48 hours jail, supervised probation for 11/27.

•Samuel Donato, Franklin, Tenn., guilty, reckless endangerment, 11/29 unsupervised probation, complete rehab.

•Amanda Johnson, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, guilty, evading arrest, supervised probation, six months jail; dismissed, driving while suspended.

The following cases resulted in dismissed charges:

•Jason Forsythe, Highway 22, Huntingdon, dismissed, failure to appear.

•Marquis Anton Spencer, dismissed, driving while suspended.
