The Carroll County General Sessions Court heard two cases on January 20, and both of those cases resulted in guilty pleas or verdicts:
•Stanley Joyner, 37 Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty, domestic assault, to serve 11/29 in custody.
•John Allen Mitchell, Highway 70, Huntingdon, guilty, driving while revoked, violation of financial responsibility, $50 fine, unsupervised probation for six months; dismissed, failure to carry registration certificate and failure to exercise due care.
