•Bobby Smithey, Chuchwood Dr., Springville, bound over on charge of meth- possession, manufacture, delivery, or sale; simple possession; possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication.

The following defendants either pleaded guilty or were found guilty:
•Gina Alas, Elm Street, McKenzie, guilty, criminal trespass, violation of community supervision, 30 days in jail, $50 fine.
•Drew Autry, Ephesus Church Road,, Hollow Rock, guilty, probation violation, 30 days in jail.
•Robert Earl Barlet, Whtala Road/McClish Road, Copemish, Michigan, guilty, vandalism, 30 days in jail, full restitution to Carroll County Jail.
•Kashif Kalis Bonds, Wingo Circle, Trezevant, guilty, probation violation, 90 days in jail; dismissed driving while suspended.
•Jamie Lynn Carter, Haynes Street, McKenzie, guilty, theft, 9 months in jail, unsupervised probation for two months, 29 days.
•Jason Dean Chaney, West Main Street, Trezevant, guilty, reckless endangerment, $350 fine, supervised probation for 10 months, 29 days; dismissed, child abuse, dismissed, implied consent violation and failure to exercise due care.
•Vincent Edward Chapple, Hebron Church Road, Huntingdon, guilty, domestic assault, $100 fine, supervised probation for 10/29, no contact with victim, 10 days jail.
•Justin Connally, Finch Road, Alamo, dismissed, DUI-first offense, guilty plea-possession of handgun while under influence, 8 days jail, supervised probation for 11/21, must forfeit both weapons.
•Brandon David Huotari, Brooks Street, McKenzie, guilty, criminal trespass, 30 days jail; vandalism, must make restitution to Carroll County Jail.
•David Alan Jastrzembski, Forrest, Camden, guilty, driving on suspended-second offense, 10 days in jail, unsupervised probation for 5 months, 20 days. Dismissed, seat belt violation, violation of financial responsibility.
•Donald Moore, Mill Creek Road, guilty, hunting without license, $50 fine, not to hunt for one year; fishing creel limit violation, $250 fine.
•Paul Moore, Ben Smith Road, Henry, guilty, failure to appear, two days jail.
