The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on February 8.

James Randall Carter, Washington Avenue, Camden, guilty, Criminal Trespass, 30 days jail-suspended, probation for 30 days.

William Henry Hollowell, South Forks of Creek Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, 15 days jail, probation extended 30 days; guilty, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search,10 days jail; dismissed, Criminal Trespass; dismissed, Criminal Impersonation.

Brittany Lynn Lopez, Oak Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation; 30 days jail; supervised probation; guilty, Failure to Appear, 11/29 jail – suspended except six days; guilty, Driving While Suspended-Second or later Offense, six months jail-suspended except six days; dismissed, Speeding.

Marie Morgan, Hebron Road, Bruceton, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 11/29 jail- suspended, supervised probation, alcohol and drug assessment required.

Christopher Darian Ramsey, High Street, Hollow Rock,, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 extended probation; dismissed, Failure to Appear; dismissed, Violation of Protective Order.

Shawn Roy, Birmingham Lane, McKenzie, guilty, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29 jail-suspended except 30 days; dismissed, Simple Possession; dismissed, Driving While Suspended.

Kiefer Thompson, Robertson Street, Lexington, guilty, Driving While Suspended, $50 fine, 180 days sentence- suspended except 8 hours, supervised probation; dismissed, charge of Speeding.

Aaron Williams, Spruce Street, McKenzie, guilty, Failure to Appear, 11/29 jail-suspended except 10 days; supervised probation, alcohol and drug assessment; guilty, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $1,500 fine, 11/29 jail-suspended except 10 days; guilty, Driving While Suspended; dismissed, Driving While Suspended; dismissed, Failure to Appear.

Brittany Renee Wortham, Highway 45, Sharon, guilty, Driving While Suspended, $50 fine, 48 hours jail, supervised probation.

Jennifer Freshour, Hebron Church Road, Bruceton, pre-trial diversion, Livestock Running at Large, to review again in six months.

Toneshia Johnson, Nashboro Blvd., Nashville, pre-trial diversion, Carry Weapon on School Property, no contact with Bethel University, six months unsupervised probation.

Donald T. Karpp, Cemetery Boundary Road, Hollow Rock, pre-trial diversion, Harassment, no contact with a medical clinic, six months supervised probation.
