Carroll County General Sessions

The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:

•Michelle Renee Baker, Marlboro Road, Hollow Rock, bound over on charge of theft of property, burglary, meth-possession or casual exchange, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Douglas W. Bradley, Big Buck Road, Trezevant, bound over on aggravated assault, domestic assault.

•Blake Garner, Hopewell Road, Lavinia, bound over on aggravated burglary, theft.

•Taywone Dovon Hart, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Schedule II – manufacture, deliver,, sell, possess; dismissed charge of theft.

•Bradley Douglas McAlexander, Highway 220, Cedar Grove, bound over on aggravated assault, domestic assault; dismissed charge of driving while revoked, speeding, failure to carry registration certificate, violation of financial responsibility.

•Michele Ridgeway, Highway 114, Hollow Rock, bound over on charge of theft, vandalism.

•Cameron Young, Highway 641, Paris, bound over on aggravated assault, tampering with evidence.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:

•Kenneth Ray Billings, Hawkins Creek Road, Huntingdon, guilty, reckless endangerment; dismissed, violation of implied consent and driver failed to exercise due care. No sentence listed.

•Debbie Brewer, Voss Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, aggravated criminal trespass, violation of probation; dismissed charge of criminal trespass.

•Misty Goodman, Broad Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, probation violation, 10 days jail, probation extended six months.

•Ezekiel Isaiah Harris, Linden Street, McKenzie,, guilty,  domestic assault, dismissed aggravated assault.

•Nicholas Mineo, Buena Vista-School Road, Bruceton, guilty, assault.

The following cases were dismissed:

•Matthew King, Joy Drive, McKenzie, dismissed, possession of a weapon by convicted felon.

•Jason Phillips, Hilltop Drive, McKenzie, dismissed, reckless endangerment and aggravated criminal assault.

•Summer Springer, Old Stage Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, failure to appear.

The following case was resolved through a pre-trial diversion:

•Sherrie Alfreda Robinson, Holmes Mill Road, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion on a charge of vandalism.
