Carroll County General Sessions

The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:
•Tonya Gilbert, Natches Trace Road, Lexington, Bound Over for Possession, Barter, Give Away Legend Drug, DUI-First Offense, Implied Consent-Misdemeanor, and Drivers To Exercise Due Care.
•Patrick O’Neal Jennings, Garland Street, Greenfield, Bound Over on charges of Driving While License Revoked – 2nd or Subsequent Offense and 3 Counts of Failure To Appear.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:
•Damon Ault, Rowsey Street, Camden, Guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $350 fine; Dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended.
•Serena L. Autry, Ephesus Church Road, Hollow Rock, Guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Implied Consent-Enhancement Only, $500 fine, 11/29 Sentence To Serve, Suspended, 11/29 Unsupervised Probation, and Not To Drive for One Year; Dismissed charges of Display of Registration Plates and Registration Certificate Must Be Carried.
•William Albert Bolen, Vale-McKenzie Road, Hollow Rock, Guilty of Failure To Appear, 11/29 Unsupervised Probation.
•Larry Floyd Brown, Northwood Drive, Huntingdon, Guilty of Assault-Bodily Injury, 120 Days Jail In Custody, 7/29 Unsupervised Probation, and Must Report to Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute Within 10 Days of Release From Jail-Provide Proof To Court.
•Ralph Dennie, Jr, Brawner Avenue, McKenzie, Guilty of Aggravated Criminal Trespass and Theft UP To $1,000, 90 Days Jail, 8/29 Supervised Probation Consecutive to Count 2, and No Contact With Victim; Dismissed charge of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
•Dillon Edward Ray Gregory, Hulon Lane, Huntingdon, Guilty of Failure To Appear, 11/29 Unsupervised Probation; Dismissed Charge of Violation of Conditional Release.

•Raymond Earl Lockett, Booker Street, McKenzie, Guilty of Driving While License Revoked – 2nd Or Subsequent Offense, 120 Days To Serve In Custody and 7/29 Supervised Probation; Dismissed Charges of Failure To Appear – 4 Counts, Driving While License Revoked – 2nd or Subsequent Offense – 4 Counts, and Resisting Arrest.
•Elizabeth A. McCord, Glover Street, Atwood, Guilty of Aggravated Criminal Trespass and Theft of Merchandise Up To $1,000, 45 Days Jail, 11/29 Unsupervised Probation Consecutive With Each Count and No Contact With Retail Business.
•Barbara Nicole Moore, Anark Road, Huntingdon, Guilty of Vandalism Up To $1,000, 6 Months Supervised Probation and $460.67 Restitution To South Carroll Utility District; Dismissed charges of Theft Of Services $1,000 Or Less, Vandalism Up To $1,000, and Failure To Appear.
•Hunter Lee Birdwell, Barren Springs Road, Bruceton, Guilty of Theft Of Property $1,000 – $10,000, 11/29 Unsupervised Probation, $1,400 Restitution Payable to Victim Must Pay Within 60 Days or be placed on Supervised Probation, and No Contact With Victim.
•James H Brown, Buena Vista Road, Huntingdon, Guilty of Domestic Assault, 11/29 Sentence In Custody Concurrent With Any Present Or Existing Future Charge Sentence In Carroll County and No Contact With Victim; Dismissed Charge of Aggravated Assault.
•Amy Lou Cagle, Hwy 424, Cedar Grove, Guilty of Criminal Trespass and Failure To Appear, 11/29 Sentence along with 20 Additional Days, 11/9 Supervised Probation and No Contact With Victim; Dismissed charge of Aggravated Burglary.

•Kenneth Eubanks, Mill Street, Hollow Rock, Guilty of Domestic Assault and Resisting Arrest, 10 Days Jail and 11/19 Supervised Probation; Dismissed charge of Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment.
•Michael Gilbert, West Magnolia, McKenzie, Guilty of METH-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 Fine, 11/29 Sentence To Serve Suspended Except 30 Days/Already In Custody, 10/29 Supervised Probation and No Contact with local retail business; Dismissed charge of Criminal Trespass.
•Brandy Lynn Higgins, Lawrence Road, Lexington, Guilty of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Failure To Appear, 10 Days Jail, $150 Fine and 24 Months Unsupervised Probation; Dismissed Charge of Driving While License Revoked.
•April Robbecke, Lester Street, Hot Springs, AR, Guilty of METH-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 Fine, 90 Days Jail and 8/29 Supervised Probation; Dismissed charge of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
•Cynthia Jane Swoveland, Hwy 79, Atwood, Guilty of Failure to Appear, No sentence listed.
•Savannah Michelle Whitfield, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, Guilty of Theft of Property $1,000-$10,000 and Probation Violation, 90 Days Jail, No Contact With Victim, and sentence concurrent with Benton County Circuit Court.
