Carroll County General Sessions

The following cases was bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll General Sessions Court:

•Jimmy Stafford, Hull Avenue, Carthage, TN, Bound Over for Theft of Property-$2,500 to $10,000, Burglary-Auto-Attempt, Fraud Use of Credit/Debit Card, and Theft Up to $1,000.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

•Shellane Kay Jourdan, Wood Avenue, Camden, found guilty of Domestic Assault, 90 days jail, 8/29 supervised probation, No violent contact with victim; dismissed charges of Aggravated Assault and Resisting Arrest.

•Levi M. Miller, Blooming Grove Road, McKenzie, found guilty of Reckless Driving, $50 fine, Suspended Sentence, and 6 months unsupervised probation.

•Steven Pinkston, Lexington Street, Bruceton, found guilty of Probation Violation, 30 days jail, Released from Carroll Co. General Sessions Supervision.

The following case was dismissed:

•William H. Hollowell, Hwy 70, Cedar Grove, dismissed charge of Assault-Bodily Injury.
