The following case was bound over the Grand Jury  last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:

•John D Forrest, Clear Lake Road, McKenzie, bound over on charges of schedule I drugs – manufacture, deliver, sell or possess; meth- manufacture, deliver, sale, or possess; possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to appear; possession of firearm with intent to go armed; guilty on charges of probation violation, 90 days in jail; dismissed charges of driving while suspended, violation of financial responsibility, tampering with evidence.

•Anthony Beal, Powers Blvd., Waverly, guilty, simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, $50 fine.

•Toni Craig Bennett, homeless, guilty, possession of drug paraphernalia, probation violation, theft, restitution to $100 to victim, $150 fine, 30 days in jail concurrent with sentence in Benton County; dismissed, evading arrest, failure to appear, driving while suspended.

•Tioni Aqui Bruce, Wolf Trail Drive, Memphis, guilty, simple possession, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

•Christopher Copeland, Blooming Grove Road, McKenzie, guilty, vandalism, $400 restitution to victim, 30 days jail, 10/29 supervised probation; dismissed driving while revoked, aggravated assault.

•Wayne Harrison Freeman, Jr., Pin Oak Street, Huntingdon, guilty, public intoxication, no sentence listed.

•Kayla Nicole Glover, Highway 77, Hollow Rock, guilty, probation violation, 30 days jail.

•Kenneth Ray Hawkings, Oak Hill Drive, Huntingdon, guilty public intoxication, $25 fine.

•Mary Beth Lancaster, Van Dyke Road, Paris, guilty, theft of merchandise, $100 fine, restoration of $48.73, unsupervised probation for 11/29.
