Carroll County General Sessions

The following case was bound over the Grand Jury  last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:

•John D Forrest, Clear Lake Road, McKenzie, bound over on charges of schedule I drugs – manufacture, deliver, sell or possess; meth- manufacture, deliver, sale, or possess; possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to appear; possession of firearm with intent to go armed; guilty on charges of probation violation, 90 days in jail; dismissed charges of driving while suspended, violation of financial responsibility, tampering with evidence.

•Tioni Aqui Bruce, Wolf Trail Drive, Memphis, guilty, simple possession, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

•Christopher Copeland, Blooming Grove Road, McKenzie, guilty, vandalism, $400 restitution to victim, 30 days jail, 10/29 supervised probation; dismissed driving while revoked, aggravated assault.
