The following cases were bound over to the Grandy Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:

•Kayla Harris, Clear Lake Road, McKenzie was bound over on charges of possession of a firearm with the intent to go armed, unlawful possession of a weapon, casual exchange; dismissed were charges of tampering with evidence.

•Shelby Nicole Mahr, Oak Dale Dr., Camden, bound over on charge of theft of merchandise, criminal trespass, burglary.

•Dimitri Markel Nance, Custer Avenue, Dyersburg, bound over on evading arrest, speeding, driving while suspended-2nd or subsequent offense, driving on the right.

•Nathaniel Lee Noah, bound over on charge of theft of property, burglary, theft of merchandise.

•Danny Trotter, Clear Lake Road, McKenzie, bound over on charge of meth, casual exchange, driving while revoked; possession of a firearm with intent to go armed, unlawful possession of weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, violation of financial responsibility; dismissed, tampering with evidence.

•Kelly Turnbow, Old State Route 22, McKenzie, bound over on charge of theft of property, burglary.

•Xavier Williams, Elwood Drive, McKenzie, bound over on charge of DUI-second offense.

The following cases resulted in a guilty verdict or plea:

•Rashad J. Brown, Hickory Hills Road, Memphis, guilty, simple possession, $250 fine, supervised probation, 4 months in jail; guilty, probation violation, 30 days in jail; dismissed, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of property, resisting arrest, failure to appear.

•Melvin Lance Donnell, Saddle Club Road, Greenfield, guilty, probation violation, probation revoked; dismissed, failure to appear.

•Alfonzo Duffy, Paris Street, Huntingdon, guilty, driving while suspended -second or subsequent offense, 10 days in jail.

•Stephanie Lucas, Buck Ditch Road, Huntingdon, guilty, driving while suspended, 48 hours in jail, unsupervised probation; dismissed, violation of financial responsibility.

•Logan Miller, Clay Farm Road, Atwood, guilty, driving while suspended, 6 months probation; dismissed, violation of financial responsibility.

•Malkik Rawlings, Heritage Drive, Madison, guilty, driving while suspended, six months unsupervised probation; dismissed, violation of financial responsibility.

•Melvin David Ricks, Meadow Street, Thomasville, Georgia, guilty, aggravated criminal trespass, 90 days in custody; dismissed, disorderly conduct.

•Charles Robbins, McKelvy Road, Camden, guilty, simple possession, $250 fine, 10 days in jail; dismissed charges of casual exchange, driving while suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Mark Rougeou, Robinson Levee Road, McKenzie, guilty, vandalism, $600 restitution to Sheriff’s Department, unsupervised probation for 10 months/29 days, 30 days in jail.

•Anthony Saxton, Saxton Road, Bethel Springs, Tenn., guilty, failure to appear, $100 fine, 30 days in jail.

•Micahel Harville, Orange Street, Bolivar, pre-trial diversion, reckless driving by intoxicant, 30 hours of community service, 3 random drug screens.

•Cherri Hufford, Circle Drive, Gleason, pre-trial diversion, joy riding, $250 restitution, no contact with victim, supervised probation for 11/29.

•Eric Dewayne Milton, Johnson Street, Trezevant, pre-trial diversion, theft, no contact with retail store, unsupervised probation for 11/29.

•Anthony Perkey, Butler School Road, Bruceton, pre-trial diversion, theft, $142.43 restitution to retail store, unsupervised probation for 11/29.

•Brent Alan Grooms, Oak Street, Hollow Rock, dismissed, driving while suspended, violation of light law.

•Cody Anthony Hampton, Price Road, Big Sandy, dismissed, burglary, theft.

•Anthony Haynes, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed, domestic assault.

•Logan Miller, Clay Farm Road, Atwood, dismissed, driving while suspended, violation of lane law, violation of financial responsibility.

•Frankie Ray Roberts, Jr., Highway 192, Holladay, dismissed, driving while suspended.

•Tyrus Sanders, Flowers Street, Dickson, dismissed, driving while suspended, speeding.

•Anthony Vermillion, Oak Street, McKenzie, dismissed, fugitive from justice.
