The following persons were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:

•Terrance Antonio Butler, Jr., Nash Drive, Nashville, bound over on charge of theft of property, burglary.

•Shayna Casey, Clay Farm Road, Atwood, bound over on charges of criminal impersonation, fraud use of credit/debit card.

•Brittney C. Martinez, Parker Circle, Wildersville, bound over on charges of theft and failure to appear.

The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea:

•Elizabeth Bugg, Clarksville Pike, Nashville, guilty, probation violation, no sentence listed.

•Cody Michael Bynum, Pleasant Street, Atwood, guilty, assault-physical, $250 fine, 30 days in jail, supervised probation for 10/29, no contact with victim.

•Kelly Rae Cease, Roy Fields Road, Bruceton, guilty, probation violation, 10 days in jail.

•Benjamin Christopher, Buckley Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, contempt of court, 10 days in jail.

•Jerry Thomas Corden, Field School Road, McKenzie, guilty, reckless endangerment, $350 fine, 30 days jail, supervised probation for 10/29. Dismissed, charge of light law violation.

•Tara Everett, Independence Road, Huntingdon, guilty, reckless endangerment, 30 days to serve, 22 months-28 days supervised probation, $50 restitution; dismissed, failure to exercise due care, leaving the scene of the accident, violation of financial responsibility, dismissed, assault, vandalism.

•Mishun Cherrae Falls, New Zion Road, McKenzie, guilty to lesser charge of driving while canceled. Disposition will be dismissed if defendant can provide driver’s license to clerk before March 24; dismissed charge of violation of financial responsibility.

•William A. Hollowell, Hawkins Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, disorderly conduct, $50 fine, supervised probation; dismissed, public intoxication.

•Brian Keith Jones, Broad Street, Trezevant, guilty, leaving scene of accident, unsupervised probation for three months.

•Bobby Lynn Malugen, Moore Creek Road, Buena Vista, guilty, driver failed to carry license – lesser charge, 10 days jail, 20 days probation; dismissed, speeding.

•Elizabeth McCord, Glover Street, Atwood, guilty, failure to appear, 30 days jail.

•William Triplett, Shades Bridge Road, Greenfield, guilty, manufacture, deliver, or sell schedule VI drugs, $250 fine, guilty, possession of drug paraphernalia, $100 fine.

•Seonta C. Brown, Logan Drive, LaVergne, Tenn., pre-trial diversion, failure to appear, unsupervised probation.

•Grace Cisneros, Old Stage Road, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, theft, $23.24 restitution, no contact with retail store.

•Latia Collins, Washington Street, Dyer, pre-trial diversion, reckless endangerment, supervised probation for one year, no contact with victim, forfeit weapon for two years, not to possess firearms.

•Zycarius L. Cox, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, reckless endangerment, no contact with victim, forfeit weapon, not to possess a weapon, supervised probation for two years.

•Jani Crawford, Thum Avenue, Henning, pre-trial diversion, simple possession or exchange, supervised probation for six months, 30 hours of community service.

•Misty Jo Maxwell, Highway 104, Lexington, pre-trial diversion, shoplifting, pay restitution to two stores of $47.30 and $50.21, no contact with stores.

•James Hayden Nichols, Cherry Avenue, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, simple possession, no sentence listed.
