Carroll County General Sessions

The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:

•Taylor Goins Arroyo, Lebanon, Tenn., bound over on charge of shoplifting, identity theft trafficking, casual exchange of schedule II, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Bethany R. Brown, Price Road, Huntingdon, bound over on charges of domestic assault, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, endangerment-deadly weapon involved, and especially aggravated robbery.

•James M. Pryor, Jr., Riverira Court, Murray, bound over on charge of identity theft trafficking, casual exchange, theft, driving while license suspended, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.

•Labryan T. Warlick, McCurry Street, Jackson, bound over on schedule I and IV – manufacture, deliver, sell, or possess.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or conviction:

•Jermile Labruce Adams, Saint Paul Church Road, Huntingdon, guilty, unlawful drug paraphernalia, failure to appear, meth-possess or casual exchange, reckless driving, $750 fine, 30 days jail, supervised probation for 10 months, 29 days; dismissed, robbery.

•Vincent Edward Chapple, Hebron Church Road, Huntingdon, guilty, failure to appear, 10 days in jail.

•Thomas Lee Foster, Paris Street, Huntingdon, guilty, reckless driving by intoxicant, speeding, $400 fine, unsupervised probation for six months.

•Alicia Hoag, Atwood Street, Trezevant, guilty, probation violation, probation extended for 11/29.

•Ronnie G. Layhew, II, Buena Vista Road, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-second offense, $600 fine, 45 days in jail, supervised probation for 10/14, not to drive for two years; dismissed, possession of handgun while under the influence and open container.

•Ronald E. Pate, Park Cove, McKenzie, guilty, theft, 10 days in jail; dismissed, failure to appear.

•Stedman Pettigrew, Hamilton Street, McKenzie, guilty, DUI-first offense, $350 fine, 48 hours in jail, not to drive for one year, probation for 11/29.

•Michael Smith, Veterans Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, probation violation, 90 days jail, probation extended.

•Savon M. Stewart, Joy Street, Paris, guilty, reckless endangerment-deadly weapon involved, $350 fine, forfeit handgun, supervised probation for 11/29, guilty of simple possession, $250 fine; dismissed, possession of handgun while intoxicated, speeding, simple possession.

•Ausie Welch, McKendree Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, domestic assault, guilty, anger management ordered, probation of 11/29; dismissed, resist stop, arrest, search.

•Kaelin Dwayne Willis, Ash Street, Bruceton, guilty, driving while license revoked – second or later offense, failure to appear, 10 days in jail.

•Ricky Junior Blankenship, Euclid Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed, driving while suspended, violation of financial responsibility.

•Christopher Burney, Gordon Georgia, dismissed, carry weapon on school property; no contact with Bethel University, weapon forfeited.

•Charles Daniel Dunning, Seminary Road, McKenzie, dismissed, failure to appear.

•Korrie B. Forrest, Old Bruceton Road, Bruceton, dismissed, driving while suspended, registration expired, violation of financial responsibility.

•James Hedge, Main Street, Waverly, dismissed, theft of property, home improvement provider deviates plans/specs.

•Lijah V. Hurst, Adams Chapel Road, Dresden, dismissed, failure to appear.

•Stephen Wade Keymon, McLemoresville Road, McLemoresville, dismissed, aggravated assault, unsupervised probation for 11/29.

•Pita Rosemary Lou, Johnson Street, Smyrna, dismissed, simple possession, registration expired, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, $100 fine, unsupervised probation for six months, attend drivers school for speeding.

•Anthony Lee Marr, Euclid Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed, assault, no contact with victim, 40 hours of community service, unsupervised probation for 11/29.

•Dontavious Stevvontae McCain, Hillcourt, Huntingdon, dismissed, probation violation.

•Lauren M. Parker, Highway 70, Cedar Grove, dismissed, driving while suspended-second or subsequent offense.

•Leann Scott, Poplar Street, Dresden, dismissed, possession/casual exchange, $250 fine, supervised probation for 11/29.

•Dustin Lee Turner, Carroll Street, Bruceton, dismissed, contributing to the dependency/neglect.

•Michele Ridgeway, Highway 114, Hollow Rock, pre-trial diversion, forgery up to $1,000.
