There were a number of grand champion winners in the Carroll County Fair held Sept. 18 – 24 at the Carroll County Fairgrounds.
The winners were: Home Furnishings; Dolls and Toys; Hobbies, Babies and Toddler; and Afghans – Lisa Bryant; Jean Wininger on a quilt; Hobbies, Holiday; Baskets; Clothing; and Needlework – Debbie Hartman; Art – Hannah Bodwell; Floral – Garry Batey; Photography – Lindsey Foster; and cake – Dottie Walker.
