Carroll Bank & Trust to renovate main office in Huntingdon

The directors, officers, and staff of Carroll Bank & Trust are proud to announce plans to renovate their main office facility located in downtown Huntingdon. The renovation of the 19,600 square-foot facility is expected to begin in early fall and be completed in approximately fourteen months. The Bank will remain open for business throughout the project.

Michael Cary, President and CEO of Carroll Bank & Trust stated, “We have two major goals with this renovation. First, we want to continue to deliver excellent services to our growing customer base. To achieve this goal, we must have an organized and functional facility that supports more personnel and reflects changes in banking services over the last twenty years. Second, we desire to be a good steward of our property and a good member of our community. We want our facility to reflect our commitment to the continued enhancement and beautification of downtown Huntingdon.”

Major changes will be made to the facility’s floor plan to support departmental growth and the evolution of technology and banking services. The enhanced lobby will feature a new teller line, located closer to the main customer entrance, and an expanded waiting area featuring a fireplace, comfortable seating, coffee service, and new finishes in cool blue and greens. The exterior will receive a limited facelift with a new entrance pediment that features the CB&T logo and the addition of cast stone on the wall sections between the exterior windows.

Carroll Bank & Trust has proudly served West Tennessee for more than one hundred years. The Bank has eight locations and offers full-financial services to consumers and businesses, as well as providing personal investment services.

Eclipse Brand Builders was selected to provide turnkey design-build services for the project, including architecture, engineering, interior design and full-time on-site construction management. Eclipse will execute the construction of the project using local sub-contractors and local suppliers for all labor and building materials through a competitive bid process, keeping construction dollars in the community.
