Carolyn S. Smith

Carolyn Sue Smith, 76, of Cedar Grove, passed away Saturday, August 21 at NHC in Milan. Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 24 at Bodkin Funeral Home. Burial followed at Howse Cemetery near Atwood. 
Carolyn was born on August 22, 1944 in Milan to the late C. J. and Fara Mae Mayo Burns. She was a member of the Cool Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church and she was retired from Tennessee Metals in Huntingdon.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William Burns.
She is survived by her husband, Lester Smith of Cedar Grove; two children, Stephanie Pruett and Ricky Taylor, both of Cedar Grove; and two great grandchildren, Harper Autry and Gunter Autry, both of Big Sandy.
