Betty A Hardy

Betty Ann Hardy, 80, of Trenton, passed away on Thursday, March 11. Funeral services were held Monday, March 15, at the Bodkin Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Carter’s Chapel Cemetery near McLemoresville.
Mrs. Betty was a member of New Life Pentecostal Church in Milan. She taught Sunday School classes for many years. She also enjoyed visiting with nursing home residents.
Along with her parents, Alvin and Jennie Vee Armstrong Walls, she was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Hardy, Sr. and a sister, Sarah Carolyn Hatley.
She is survived by one son, James R. (Wanda) Hardy, Jr of Springfield; one daughter, Sharon Hardy of Trenton; three grandchildren, James R. Hardy III, Amber Geurin, and Nathaniel Hardy; and 15 great Grandchildren
