With the cool weather upon us already, this recipe sounds really good as a snack for this time of year.
2 cans of ten count biscuits
2-3 red apples, peeled and cut in small pieces
1 stick melted margarine
1 cup sugar
7-Up or Sprite (6 ozs.)
Let biscuits soften a few minutes and then flatten each one. Fill biscuits with apple pieces and sprinkle with cinnamon (do not overfill). Close biscuit up around apple pieces and pinch top closed.
Place in baking dish. Cover with 7-Up or Sprite and melted butter (mixed together). Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Remove from dish and plane on plate to serve.
