Annette Agee

1958-2020

Barbara Annette Agee,61, of Milan, passed away on Jan. 28, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital after an extended illness.  She was born on Dec. 9, 1958 in Franklin, to William T. and Barbara McMahon Smithson.  Annette was a former manager for Petco and had also worked as a Certified Veterinary Technician.  She was a member of the Campbell Street Church of Christ.

Annette is survived by her husband, Dr. Timothy Agee of Milan; two children Cody Holland Agee (Bryce) of Milan and Caitlin Lonon (Ware) of Brownsville; her mother Jean Pulley (Russell) of Franklin; two grandchildren Gage Lonon and Charlee Anne Lonon both of Brownsville; and one brother William Smithson, Jr. (Michele) of Franklin.  She was preceded in death by her father William T. Smithson.

Visitation with the family was held on Friday evening, Jan. 31, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Bodkin Funeral Home in Milan and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Campbell Street Church of Christ.  Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 1, at 11 a.m. at the Campbell Street Church of Christ in Jackson, TN with burial to follow in the McLemoresville Cemetery in McLemoresville, TN.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be given to the Nicaragua Christian School in memory of Annette Agee c/o Campbell Street Church of Christ at 1490 Campbell Street Jackson, TN 38305 or to the Susan G. Komen Foundation at komen.org.
