Carroll County General Sessions

The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:

•Clinton Dailey Hoard, Randall Street, McKenzie, guilty, probation violation. Charges dismissed were failure to appear, resisting stop or arrest, disorderly conduct, theft, criminal trespass.

•Joseph Sellers, Eli Brown Road, McKenzie, guilty, assault-bodily injury, no contact with victim, restitution to victim, supervised probation for 11/29; dismissed, driving while license suspended, failure to appear, violation of financial responsibility.

•Michael Anthony White, Highway 22, McKenzie, guilty, assault.

The following cases were dismissed:

•Jenna Louise Britt, Sungate Road, Medina, dismissed, failure to appear.

•Taylor Cooley, Blair Road, LaVergne, Tenn., dismissed, failure to appear.

The following cases were settled through pre-trial diversion:

•Jenna Louise Britt, Sungate Road, Medlina, pre-trial diversion on reckless endangerment, $1000 fine, 10 days jail, supervised probation for 10/19; dismissed, violation of implied consent, open container, violation of registration, and failure to carry registration.

•Scharai R. Horton, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, assault-physical contact, unsupervised probation for 11/29.
